Good First Weekend

Four Naturals teams were in action this weekend as the 12's and 14's were in Lake City while the 16's and 18's played in St. Pete. The 14U and 16U Nats both finished 2nd place to open up the season. The 12U went 3-1 and lost a close game in the semi finals by a score of 3-2. The 18U was rained out on Sunday and did not get to play.

Overall it was a good weekend to start the Fall season, but we are not satisfied. We have plenty of improvements to make across the board and we will get to work this week so come ready to get after it in practice.

Robby Howell Commits to UCF Knights

Naturals pitcher Robby Howell of Fort White High School has committed to play baseball for the University of Central Florida after his senior season. In his junior year Howell tossed three no-hitters for Fort White while posting a 1.17 ERA.

Congratulations to Robbie from the Nats Family!

Dalton Ripley Receives Scholarship

Dalton Ripley of Ocala Trinity Catholic played with the Naturals briefly this Summer and that was all it took for him to find a school to play at. Edward Waters College has offered Ripley a scholarship to play baseball for Tigers next season. Congratulations and good luck.

June 2-3 14U Tournament Info --------->

The website is back up!

It's been a while, but we are back up and running and we have a lot of information for you.

The Naturals 14U and 15U won back to back Triple Crown State Championships back in June. The 15U also brought home the Underdawg Championship from Apopka the following week.

The 15U continued their tear in Georgia by going 6-1 and taking home the Championship in the Smoltz-Grissom tournament in Atlanta. They have brought home hardware in 3 out of 4 tournaments and are working on a 4th championship right now in Kissimmee.

The 16U had an up and down Summer but had a good showing last week in Kissimmee before getting knocked out of the tournament in a close game to end their summer season.

The 15U went 3-2 in the USSSA World Championship and lost in the quarterfinals. This concludes the Summer for all Naturals teams until Fall tryouts. That information is to the left.

Check out the flyer on the left for our Fall tryout information. Contact us for more info.

Practice Canceled for Tuesday, May 29th. Rescheduled for Thursday, May 31st.

Memorial Day Tournaments Update

The 11U Naturals had a tough draw this weekend playing three games against tough AAA and Major teams, but they held their own and showed they can play with anybody. They lead the CBC Riverhawks 3-2 after Mikey Rosario's solo homerun before giving up the lead in the last inning on Sunday.

Naturals 13U team made it to the state championship game in Kissimmee and finished in second place. They turned an 0-2 Saturday record into a runner up finish after making the right adjustments and playing much better on Sunday. The 13U have finished 2nd place, 1st place, and 2nd place in the last three tournaments respectively.

Great improvement this weekend from the Nats 14U team as they posted a 3-0 record in Jacksonville before losing in the semi-finals. They hit well, pitched, and played good defense all weekend and showed they are a tough team that is more than capable of winning a championship.

13U Naturals Win Tourney on Mother's Day

The Naturals 13U was the only team to go to a tournament on Mother's Day weekend and it turned out to be a success as they brought home the first place trophy on Sunday. The Naturals 14U played a double header against a team from Ocala and tied the first game before taking the victory in the second game. Overall pretty good weekend for the Naturals.

Lake City Tourney:

Naturals 3 teams combine for a 5-1 Saturday record in pool play. The 11's and 14's came up short in game one Sunday while the 13's made it to the championship game and finished in second place.
